Beast of Redmond

I guess the "Beast of Redmond" needs a mouse to rescue it. 

Update: Seems like it is not due to bad economy or earnings but more of like house-cleaning. On a side-note, the layoffs are a concern and 2009 would turn out worse than 2008.
